Location, neatness, and layout of the room, as well as the hotel's location.
I didn't find anything unpleasant about this hotel.
I would stay again. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was!

The staff member that helped me was being helpful.
My AC was acting up, cooled fine but very noisy and smelled hot when in cool down mode.
Would definitely recommend. Right off the highway, very convenient to many restaurants and a shopping area.
